BMW AGM Battery LTX12

FME Moto is a supplier of BMW Motorrad batteries. BMW batteries come in three types: gel, AGM and lithium. A gel battery is filled and charged at the factory and then hermetically sealed. A gel battery is maintenance-free. Because it is sealed at the factory, it does not necessarily have to be mounted upright. The gel battery can be used with a trickle charger. AGM stands for absorbing glass material. These batteries are supplied with a separate acid pack. New EU rules came into force in 2021 which mean that we, as a supplier, may no longer sell battery acid separately. We therefore fill these batteries before shipping. We cannot accept the return of a filled battery. After receiving the battery, it is advisable to put it on a trickle charger for a few hours. Lithium battery The advantage of a lithium battery is its low weight, which is why this type is very popular in racing. A lithium battery cannot be charged with a "standard" trickle charger.
